Recommended by Rev. Philip Salois. Fr. Phil, Founder of ICWVM, is a Vietnam veteran and Roman Catholic priest who is Chief of Chaplains at the VA Boston Health System. Recommended by Rev. Jack Day, Pastor of Grace United Methodist Church, near Hampstead, Maryland. In 1968-1969 he was a Chaplain with the 4th Infantry Division in Vietnam in the vicinity of Dak To, Pleiku, and An Khe. In 1971 he resigned from the D. C. National Guard in order to conduct a memorial service for Vietnam Veterans Against the War outside the locked gates of Arlington Cemetery as part of the Dewey Canyon III week of veterans' protests. In 2004 he returned to Vietnam and visited some of the places he had served.

Recommended by Patience Mason. Patience Mason is a Vietnam Veteran's wife and an associate member of NCVNVM. Until recently Patience published the Post-Traumatic Gazette.
