Outside Pleiku, in one of the villages on Route 19 heading toward An Khe and Qui Nhon, there was a village with a small Evangelical Protestant ("Tin Lanh") Church. One day as part of a civic action exercise, we took a truckload of surplus food and other commodities to the church. Here is Chaplain Day posing with the pastor of the church, and its many children.
